- Location: approximate location to confirm service availability. Delivery staff may share GPS location during active routes.

- To provide, schedule, and complete your deliveries.

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only as follows:
- Franchise operators: your service address and delivery preferences are shared with the local franchise operator fulfilling your orders.
- Delivery staff: delivery technicians receive your address, delivery instructions, and first name to complete your delivery.
- Service providers: Stripe (payments), Twilio (SMS), SendGrid (email), Sentry (error monitoring), and Cloudflare (storage and CDN). These providers are contractually bound to protect your data.
- Legal requirements: when required by law, court order, or to protect our rights or the safety of others.
- Business transfer: in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, with appropriate notice to you.
5. SMS communications
We send SMS messages only to customers who have explicitly opted in. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. Standard message and data rates may apply. We do not share your phone number with third parties for marketing purposes.
6. Data retention
We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us at privacy@saltydogcrew.com.
